MDR menus western caribbean

I am trying to plan out when to reserve the specialty restaurants and was hoping someone from the western itinerary has the menus and can post them. I know there are fleet wide menus floating around but I have not seen one reflecting the formal night change. Also not sure if those menus I've seen posted are the most current. Thanks

I am also curious about the theme nights. I forgot what themes they ran in the past, we usually try to hit chops on Surf and Turf night or Carribbean theme night
