Salon and Spa Services

Does anyone have the lists of services avaiable at the salon and spa? I'll be on Explorer, but I'm guessing it would be similar for all or most of the ships.

You can go on line with RCI and look at your reservation with your set sail account. Just uses your reservation number and last name of booking. You can look at the salon and spa services offered and book your appointments and excursions.
