floridasouth Posted May 28, 2010 #1 Share Posted May 28, 2010 We are catching a Seabourn Cruise in Monte Carlo in a few weeks are considering taking a helicopter from the Nice airport instead of the usual train or taxe or bus etc. Thought it would be something different and definitely saves time. Only 6 minutes. Has anyone ever done this before to get to the cruise ship?

SeabournGirl Posted May 31, 2010 #3 Share Posted May 31, 2010 I did the helicopter trip a few years ago and loved it! You land at the airport and miss most of the lines plus you get the scenic route along the way. It was worth the few dollars more.

BiggiB Posted June 11, 2010 #5 Share Posted June 11, 2010 Hello and bonjour! Heli Air Monaco is doing also spectacular sightseeing flights along the Côte d'Azur, between 10 and 20 minutes long. You will have to charter a helicopter for this purpose, so it is advisable to have 4 or 5 people to share. The regular flights are in fact quite short, but exiting, too. In town, Heli Air Monaco minivans will take you free of charge whereever you want to go for sightseeing and will pick you up for a return flight (point-to-point). Heli Air Monaco has an incoming service, who can also arrange for a day- or half-day packages, if you like, including a helicopter transfer from Nice to Monaco, some sightseeing with or w/out guide, lunch and a return to the port by limousine (Villefranche, Cannes or Nice). You find those information on their website: http://www.heliairmonaco.com (button: Incoming) or email directly to claudia.beuter@heliairmonaco.com. Have a beautiful day in Monaco!
