HeyDay218 Posted May 29, 2010 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2010 I have a few questions regarding Atlantis. What's the best route to take to get there from the ship and how long does it take and how much will it cost? Also, at Atlantis I am only interested in doing the Sea Lion Encounter but the rest of my group wants to Snorkel the Ruins and walk through the aquariums. I have been browsing their very confusing website and haven't had any luck knowing which tickets I need to purchase and how much it will cost. Also, how do we get back to the ship? Thanks! comeon530 Posted May 29, 2010 #2 Share Posted May 29, 2010 Getting there: you can take a taxi/van for abou $5 per person. It's about a 15 minute ride. They wait until they have a van load, about 12 people, before departing. This usually only takes a few minutes. When you are ready to go back to the ship there will be plenty of taxis waiting outside Atlantis.

Waiting til the last minute to try and book Atlantis programs may not be a good thing. These things usually book weeks, even months in advance. Try calling their main number and talk to a rep or customer service. Phone: 242-363-3000, 1-800-ATLANTIS These passes (with the exception of the DIGS aquarium tour) are not sold at the check in desk like other programs, They must be booked thru Atlantis guest services. No idea of the cost these days. They change from time to time. Digs tour is $35pp, tickets available in the casino at the center kiosk.
