kids cups on Carnival

We were out for lunch today and my husband looked over at me and said I wonder what type of cups they serve the kids drinks in on our cruise.

We are cruising with Carnival.

Just wondering if in the MDR and buffet kids drinks are served in regular glasses or in a plastic cup with a lid. Just trying to decide if we need to bring out own, much easier than dealing with lots of spills.

Thank you.

I would bring a sippy cup. When we started sailing with our youngest son at age 4, the glasses in the MDR were fairly large for him. He didn't spill anything, but a plastic cup would have been much easier for him. (Now, at age 10, he's bugging us to bring him to the supper club for dinner!)

No cups with lids. My DD was drinkng out of a goblet like the one pictured above at 2.5yrs. We always bring the disposable sippys along also. You can wash them in the cabin sink with a little dish soap or just toss.
