Loracpin2 Posted June 3, 2010 #2 Share Posted June 3, 2010 Go into the "Celebrity Roll Call Forum" Board. Scroll down to the Equinox, look for your sailing, and then post your question. You'll get all the info you need.
HLN500 Posted June 3, 2010 #3 Share Posted June 3, 2010 I highly recommend avinoam nehmad (avitours.il@gmail.com) . You can view the options on their website. I arranged 3 different personal tours for 6 to 22 people. Everyone loved it.

HLN500 Posted June 4, 2010 #5 Share Posted June 4, 2010 Your best bet is their website. Ashdod-Tel aviv 6-8 people $540 Ashdod-Dead Sea 14-18 $840 Haifa-Jerusalem 14-18 $1010. Last years prices. Note---since we docked in Ashdod on a Friday---and that's the preferred port to Jerusalem---We did it from Haifa instead.

mkbruce Posted June 28, 2010 #10 Share Posted June 28, 2010 I highly recommend avinoam nehmad (avitours.il@gmail.com) .You can view the options on their website. I arranged 3 different personal tours for 6 to 22 people. Everyone loved it. I second the recommendation for Avitours. Our tour guide, Jacob, in Haifa was fantastic. The same can't be said for the Celebrity organized tour of Jerusalem.
floridatravelersforlife Posted June 28, 2010 #11 Share Posted June 28, 2010 I third AviTours. We did 8 for a custom tour that I designed for our Equinox 10/09 visit and they made it happen. Capable and competent. Experienced guides, They knew how to avoid traffic congestion and beat the crowds.

phxtravlr Posted November 16, 2010 #13 Share Posted November 16, 2010 Just a quick note on AviTours, we just returned from a Holy Land cruise and we used AviTours and were really impressed. There were 4 of us and it was an exceptional experience. Our first visit to Israel and we wanted to focus on the Christian sites and Avi did that but also brought a bible with appropriate sections to read at each stop and he arranged for us to renew our wedding vows at Cana. It was an incredible 2 days. Recommend the company without reservation.
