cruskitten Posted June 3, 2010 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2010 I have a question for you seasoned cruisers. Would I be able to carry on a rolling softsided cooler filled with coke/soft drinks? Have you ever seen anyone with these on a ship before? I want to decide if I use my rolling cart to strap on the 6 or 12 packs, or just get a rolling cooler. Your comments are appreciated! BigDfromTN Posted June 3, 2010 #3 Share Posted June 3, 2010 As long as it is no bigger than 12x12x12 inches you should be fine. edit, I guess Tiffany was faster than me...
Tiffany1203 Posted June 3, 2010 #4 Share Posted June 3, 2010 Large cooler restrictions: Carnival Cruise Lines does not allow guests to bring large coolers on board its ships. However small, personal-sized coolers, no larger than 12”H x 12”L x 12”W for the purpose of housing small quantities of non-alcoholic beverages and/or medications are permitted as carry-on luggage. Screening and movement of large coolers through embarkation is an impediment to the boarding and security screening process. Therefore, large coolers are not permitted as carry-on or checked luggage. http://www.carnival.com/CMS/FAQs/Liquor_and_Beverage_Consumption_Policy.aspx
