car seats in Seattle?

I am having the debate in my head over whether or not to bring my children's car booster seats for this cruise. Kids are 4 and 3, and use the booster seats with car seat belts (for over 30 pounds). They can not use them on the plane (because they only have lap belts). So basically I would be bringing them just for travel in Seattle, to hotel (Lake Union Residence Inn), then to port, then port to airport.

 

Any suggestions? Do taxis require them for children that age? Is there a shuttle option that would not? How about some sort of limo option? Would they supply them?

if you use shuttleexpress.com you can request car seats. They are one of the few that offer that as an option. That would be the easiest suggestion.
