Luggage Tags

yes, the luggage tags aren't put on before your flight, they're put on before you give you luggage to the porters. If you have E-docs just show the porter your docs (which have your cabin number on them) and they'll fix luggage tags for you luggage. Every piece of luggage has to have a RCI luggage tag with your cabin number on it. Otherwise, they wouldn't know what cabin to deliver your bags too.

Having just gone on the Empress for 12 days without one of my bags, I would put the tags on the bag before my air flight into San Juan. It will catch peoples's attention that you are on a cruise and which one. They had forwarded my bag to St. Maarten to catch up with us, but it ended up sitting there forover 3 weeks until someone noticed it.smile.gif
