No, but they have two levels of non-alcoholic drink packages. It is a set fee (based on the number of days of your cruise). It covers drinks such as coffees, sodas, bottled and sparkling water, fruit smoothies, fresh squeezed juice etc. One package costs more, but covers just about every non-alcoholic beverage available. The other package is cheaper but has some restrictions. If you have the package, the drinks that the package covers are unlimited and even the gratuity is included in the price of the package. The details of each package are on Celebrity's web site.

Does Celebrity have a coffee only card like Princess? If so, how much for what?

No but here are the details of the drinks packages I found on the website. I have included a soda only one at the bottom but that obviously doesn't have coffee. In American dollars the classic non-alcoholic package is $15 and the Premium non-alcoholic package is is $18.50. The latter includes speciality coffees (not sure what they are, but hoping it is an Irish coffee) frozen drinks and smoothies.

Does anyone know what speciality waters from vitamin water actually means? Also can you get fizzy water with the classic or premium?

Also what about iced coffee? Is that premium or speciality and can you get it in the dining room? Even with the website I have so many questions!!;)

No they don't offer a coffee card. When I was on Caribbean Princess last year, I had no choice but to buy the card because the coffee otherwise was made from coffee concentrate. The coffee on Celebrity is good to excellent, and you don't need to spend extra money to get a good cup of brewed coffee. If you want the fancy non-alcoholic coffee drinks, look into the drink packages. The lattes, etc., may be included with those plans.
