Promenade cabins

When I went on the Explorer last year a couple we met on these boards had a promenade room and never complained. We waved to them as they were people watching from there room sometimes. They said they really enjoyed it and never once mentioned noise.

It will probably be fun...go for it!!!

I talked to a couple who had one on the Navigator, here are a few of her pro's and cons....

felt she had to keep the drapes closed more than she realized,

they were on deck 6 not far from the lounge, they heard some late night noise,

loved the aspect of looking out over the Promenade

had front row seats for the parades without the crowds! She said she would book it again, she would jsut be more selective of its actual location.

We loved our promenade stateroom and would book it again! (we booked a balcony this time, but would go back to promenade.)

It's so fun to people watch, and you can see all the sights going on at night.

It's like having a tree house to scope people out!

These are really fun rooms, you should do it!
