fajitapita Posted June 6, 2004 #1 Share Posted June 6, 2004 Looking at someone's recent Serenade pictures, I noticed that there were some heated tile beds/chairs in the spa area (I believe). Does anyone know how much the cost for this is? I assume you have to sign up to use them? Thought it might be something we'd enjoy on our cruise to Alaska this summer... ***Nancy*** Song of Norway 12/79 Tropicale 12/84 Explorer of the Seas 8/3/02 Mariner of the Seas 1/4/04 Serenading to Alaska for our 10th anniversary! breal6 Posted June 6, 2004 #2 Share Posted June 6, 2004 when we were on the radiance it was $15 per day per person or $50 for unlimited use for the week or you could buy a couples pass for the week for $75. it included the use of the whole thermal suite not just the chairs. that would include the tile chairs the dry sauna the steam suana the aroma therapy sauna and the ice showers. it was wonderful and if i was going to alaska i would rebook this package in a heartbeat. 2DisneyCruzrs Posted June 7, 2004 #3 Share Posted June 7, 2004 Nancy, I have pix of it from today. Send me an e-mail, and I'll send the pic. If there's another spa pix you want other than the tile lounge let me know. fajitapita Posted June 7, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted June 7, 2004 Hi Jen, Thanks for the offer, but I actually have the person's pix in one of my files... I was mostly curious about the price as I thought it might be something fun to do on one of the sea days (or better yet, maybe after our horseback riding excursion in Skagway/Emerald Lake!). I noticed that you're from St. Louis and had read in one of your previous posts that you got a chance to see the Serenade today? How'd you swing that? I'll be on the ship 2 weeks before you, so I'll make sure to leave it in good condition for you! ***Nancy*** Song of Norway 12/79 Tropicale 12/84 Explorer of the Seas 8/3/02 Mariner of the Seas 1/4/04 Serenading to Alaska for our 10th anniversary! realnurse Posted June 7, 2004 #5 Share Posted June 7, 2004 breal6: I am not really sure what you mean by ice showers? If you could give me anymore info about the thermal suite, I would appreciate it! Thanks
