Two good reviews and one bad one so things might be getting better. I notice the bad review was for a cruise in May before Thomsons claim they started to get on top of the problems.

 

With 4 weeks to go to my cruise I hope improvements will continue and wonder if they will do anything about the stained carpets or leave then until the refit and take the flak.

3 weeks on tuesday for me it looks like the reviews are getting a lot better now, i spoke to a guy at work who had friends on the week before and they said that they had no problems and had a very enjoyable first cruise. :cool::)

To be honest we didn't notice any stained carpets. Yes there was a problem with the lack of hot water but you can get that at any hotel. Our first cruise on the Dream was most enjoyable and we are now converted cruisers. Sure you will be too.
