To beach by Ferry??

Is it possible to take a ferry from Dockyard and get withing reasonable walkin distance (10-15 minutes) from a nice beach area?

Be aware the ferry from the Dockyards to St. George's takes approximately 45 minutes. Then the walk to Tobacco Bay.

Faster option is taking a bus to Horseshoe Bay. About 25 minutes or so.

All good beaches require hiking and/or buses. All great beaches require extra hiking / bus time to get away from crowds.

While crowds will take 12 minutes to get to Tobacco Bay in St. George's, take 20 to get to Catherine Fort or 30 to Alexandria Battery.

While crowds will take 25 minutes on Bus 7 / 8 to get to Horseshoe, take 30 to get to Chaplin Bay / Stonehole Bay.
