Help! Leave in 1 day!!! Night time question

Hello, we are going on the Sensation on the 24th and we dock at noon in Nassau and leave the following morning at 6 am. I was wondering how SAFE it is to stay off the boat at night time there? Is there good things to do at night time there? Atlantis Casino? Or safe fun resturaunts? Any suggestions would be great! We are thinking about going to the beach for a while in the afternoon, straw market, then maybe come back take a quick shower and head back out at night to dinner in town? Or WHAT? Thanks in advance, this is our first time ever!!!

Nassau pretty much closes up by 6pm. There is a Senor Frogs within walking distance. I have always felt safe walking there at night. I just wouldn't walk away from the area right around the port at night. I wouldn't do that anywhere. Yes, you could take a taxi to Atlantis to the casino or the restaurants there.
