Ever had to cancel a Dolphin Discovery swim?

There is talk on this forum about booking the Dolphin/Manatee swim before you leave vs. walking up when you get there. The biggest drawback to booking on-line is their cancellation policy. Can anyone who has ever had to cancel with them tell me their experience? I guess I don't mind losing 10% of the amount but if they just give me another date within a year - that would be like losing the whole amount as we won't be going back within a year. Thanks.

Since I haven't gotten responses I'm assuming that cancellations don't happen much... but bumping just to check! Anyone have experience having to cancel? How did DD handle it?
