jennaschoice Posted February 5, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2005 Some cabins on Celebrity have one upper berth or two upper berths. What does this mean?
brigittetom Posted February 5, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2005 It means they have fold out beds in the wall above the regular beds for 3rd and 4th passengers. Picture bunk beds (sort of). :)

brigittetom Posted February 5, 2005 #4 Share Posted February 5, 2005 I have pictures but you can't see anything because they're in the wall. :D If you pull them down you basically have two uppers and two lowers if that makes any sense. I'm not being sarcastic, it's just the only way I can think to describe them. :)
Rare mahdnc Posted February 6, 2005 #5 Share Posted February 6, 2005 Here's a website that has photos of a quad cabin on the Century. The 2 fold out bunk beds are plainly in view (and labeled) but they are not folded out away from the wall. Celebrity Quad Photos Here is a photo of a cabin that we had on the Mercury which shows what a bunk bed looks like in both positions: Mercury Cabin 1152
DeRon Posted February 6, 2005 #6 Share Posted February 6, 2005 I thought it was when a baby is born face-up.
