Jeafl Posted August 3, 2010 Author #51 Share Posted August 3, 2010 Do you recall any of the movies shown on the big outdoor screen? We will be sailing in a few weeks with an 8 year old and I am curious about the movie selection. I am having trouble finding the "capers" or Fun Times to see what the movies are like. Thank you in advance for any help! The ones I recall are Avatar, Julie and Julia, Hannah Montana, the last Harry Potter, a Sheryl Crow concert, G Force, a Beyonce concert, GI Joe and the Rise of Cobra, and an older Die Hard movie at night. During the day they also had some travel shows, but not about the caribbean. They also showed the Karaoke one night which was pretty entertaining. (Ok, I cheated. I went back and looked at my Fun Times!)

mommiemudd Posted May 12, 2011 #57 Share Posted May 12, 2011 We are sailing in October on the Liberty. We have rooms 7386 and 7394. Looks like you had 7386, do you have any pictures? How was the movement? We just changed our rooms because we wanted just cabins above and below. Did you find this area convenient? We will have 2 adults and a child, how was the room size? This is our first time on Carnival, usually cruise NCL. So, a little concerned about the room size. We have always been fine on NCL. Thanks! How was the movement? We just changed our rooms because we wanted just cabins above and below. Did you find this area convenient? We will have 2 adults and a child, how was the room size? This is our first time on Carnival, usually cruise NCL. So, a little concerned about the room size. We have always been fine on NCL. Thanks! We had 7386, and my sister was in 7394. I do have pictures of our room, but not my sister's room. They are identical, so you will get the general idea. I am on my way out the door to work, so I will post them later. The location was perfect! You are kind of in the middle of two elevator banks, so depending on where you were going on the ship, it was very convenient. There was no noise at all above or below us, so I would not hesitate to book those rooms again. As far as room size, we found them to be bigger than the rooms we had on NCL. The bathrooms were also nicer than NCL. In fact, the rooms were bigger than the ones we had on Disney and Royal Caribbean too. We generally book inside rooms on all cruise lines because we spend very little time in the room and choose to spend the money on other things. :) There is a ton of storage too. You have a large closet for hanging items, plus another large closet with 4 shelves. There are also drawers in the desk for more storage. We brought tons of clothes and still had plenty of room. Overall we were very happy with the room.
