Carnival Legend - Western Caribbean - 6/5/11

We just booked our cruise for next June on the Carnival Legend!! :D

 

We've been on one cruise before - Royal Caribbean's Majesty of the Seas to the Bahamas. We had TONS of fun!

 

Has anyone taken this cruise on the Carnival Legend? We have an extended balcony room on the Empress Deck midship, which I've noticed is a MUCH bigger room that our interior stateroom on RCCL. Anyone have one of these "extended balconies" before?? I'm pretty excited to have a balcony at all!

 

There are 4 of us going (the same 4 from the previous cruise) and so far, the only excursion I see that I MUST do is the one with the sea turtle farm, stingrays, and Hell, on Cayman Islands. I totally can't wait for that one!! Any other suggestions??

 

Any other comments, suggestions, and input is greatly appreciated!

 

I know its a year away, I can't help but be excited!! :D

I'm so excited for you--HONEST! DH and I are going to be on the Legend in December. I think she goes into dry dock shortly thereafter, so I'll bet you have a GREAT trip!

We were on the Legend in September 2009. We are going back on the same cruise in about 12 more days. We can't wait. It is a fabulous ship and great itinerary.

You're going to LOVE the Legend...We've been back for a little over a month and I want to go again!!!!!! (I wanted to go again the day we got back!)

It's an awesome ship!
