Fosters or Mayan Princess?

Which would you choose for a good beach day based on your experiences Fosters or Mayan Princess?

The pool there is amazingly beautiful.

The good part: Vendors are not allowed on the property.

We got a day pass for $10.

Our shuttle was $20/per person round trip.

 

The beach is good there. You can walk down the beach & snorkel on ironshore.

Bad thing....you are bombarded with vendors wanting to sell things or braid your hair, etc. LOL

 

Restaurant at Mayan Princess is a little pricey for burgers, chicken fingers, etc. So prepare yourself.

 

Otherwise it was a nice location and I would go there again. Definitely felt safe at that resort.

Not so much on the beach. A little scary.

The connecting pools are great- really fun to go from one to the next, but the beach vendors are awful- it is a nice beach and nice for swimming, but the vendors are VERY persistent-quite unpleasant. After the guitar-playing guy wouldn't leave us alone we went to the pool.

Can you tell me where you caught your shuttle. I'll be on the Valor and most likely docking at Mahaoney Bay. Was it a Victor Bodden Beach Bus?
