My suggestion is that we meet on Friday afternoon at 3:00 in the Commodore Club, starboard (right) side.

 

An evening meeting may be difficult because we may be eating dinner at different times.

 

Please say whether you'll be at the "meeting", or feel free to suggest another place and time.
