Parttime Cruiser Posted July 8, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2010 I took this video going down the Epic Plunge. I know how the tidy bowl man feels. I only went down once, but I would have done it more. Cold and foggy on the T.A. and I knew they did not need another Blue Man. David

orangegrove Posted July 8, 2010 #3 Share Posted July 8, 2010 How fun was that, :) I'm amazed you didn't lose the video camera! How did you manage that without getting it wet? Did you put it in a zip loc bag?

orangegrove Posted July 8, 2010 #5 Share Posted July 8, 2010 It is a brand new (just out earlier this year) Kodak Sport, waterproof 10 ftonly size of a cell phone (blackberry) ooooohh, that may require a trip to BB or a quick order off of Amazon. I was just looking for a small camcorder to take. I was thinking about the Flip, but I like the waterproof idea. The video looks great. :)

youngestof9 Posted July 9, 2010 #9 Share Posted July 9, 2010 I can't wait! It's the same ride as "Eye of the Hurricane" in Ocean City, MD - we go on it every year, but I can't wait to do it in the middle of the Caribbean Sea!

lynnquenby Posted July 10, 2010 #14 Share Posted July 10, 2010 I have to say I was a bit dubious about this as I'm a bit of a wuss (and we never managed to get on it on the 1 nighter from Rotterdam). Having seen this I'm now looking forward to riding the Epic plunge on our 2 weeks in the caribbean next year - bring it on !! :D Thanks - a great help!
