spikecat Posted July 10, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 10, 2010 For those who have been to Odessa could you please tell me if you can from the boat (Queen Victoria) walk to town and see the sights? I have heard the boat is docked close to town.

But linger in the port some, there are interesting sculptures and a church, and artefacts (check my photos), then go straight, cross the road and take a funicular (it's free) up Potemkin stairs. Then, facing the city, turn left and walk along Primorsky boulevard till city hall, then turn right and walk up to the Opera House, Deribasovskaya and so on.
