LeDemonBlond Posted July 11, 2010 #2 Share Posted July 11, 2010 If you have access to the internet, you can go to the royal caribbean website and enter in your personal information ( i.e. emergency contact, passport info, departure information ) concering your cruise. It is to avoid you having to write it out on paper when you get to the cruise terminal on your day of sailing. You can enter in the information on-line and then print out what they call the set-sail information and take it with you. It helps speed up the process, thats all. On-line, you can also book specialty restaurants, excursions, etc. If you don't have access to the internet, your travel agent may offer that as a service where they will fill in the information for you. CRUISING71 Posted July 11, 2010 #3 Share Posted July 11, 2010 If you need help with the online process, you can call RCCL directly. They have a department that can walk you through the whole process. You will need your booking number, name, ship name and date of sail.
