FOS Western Carib...want to visit a school and bring some goodies

We will be on the FOS on March 6th with our primary schoolers and want to bring a package from their classes...does anyone know how to get some info on this, or where there might be a school we can visit? We did it once in Roatan and it was amazing.

How did you set it up in Roatan?

 

Since you can't just pop into a school unannounced, find a private tour guide in one of your ports who will arrange an organized visit to a school. I know in Ocho Rios, Marva Shaw offers this as part of one of her excursions. When we toured with her, it was summer vacation and the school was closed, however we were able to leave a package of school supplies with her which she forwarded to the principal...we got a nice thank you note from the class a few months later.
