Sailing/Snorkeling Excursions in St. Maarten, July 28, 2010--Recommendations?

I have a group of 14-16 that will be sailing on Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas on in late July. We're too late to book an RC excursion that will take all of us, so we are looking for recommendations for a day sail, preferably on either a standard sailboat or catamaran, which includes sailing, snorkeling, maybe some beach time, and definitely an open (or cash) bar and lunch... Any suggestions? We obviously want someone reputable and experienced at the helm... Our group is age 14-50, adventure seeking and sun loving. (We've done the Lord Sheffield in the past and had a blast.) Thanks.
