Wine and food pairing on the Epic?

I have been reading about other ships offering a Chef's Degustation dinner where the chef pairs wine with food and was wondering if this would be available on the Epic. I would gladly pay the $75 to get the chance at trying different kinds of food and wine that I have never had before. I still plan on bringing my own wine from some of the magnificent vineyards here in Michigan. I just need to decide which ones to bring.
