Cuisine Type Each Day on 9-day Enchantment

Does anyone know what the type of cuisine will be offered at dinner on each day of a 9-day Enchantment of the Seas cruise in August 2010? I'd like to reserve Chops on one of the nights, but want to decide based on what's going to be offered.

I have a friend who sailed on a nine day cruise on tbe Enchantment on 6/3/10. Their roll call is still very active. If you'll post your question over there, I know someone will help you out.
