Isla Passion-Boat ride? Need advice?

I am taking my whole family to (TWISTER) isla passion and wanted to make sure that the boat ride is not too rough for my dad. He is in very good health,very active but is 84. Will this boat ride be too much? any recommendations appreciated:).

OMG--We've seen these boats from the beach--they are fast and bumpy and they want everyone yelling and screaming. They also make sharp 180 turns and stop suddenly like it's a thrill ride.

We went on this excursion the last time we were in Cozumel. I myself was VERY nervous because I DO NOT like thrill rides!! I wanted to go to Passion Island and this was the only way to get there. I did not need to worry. Yes the ride is fast and can be bumpy but it is in a straight line until you get to the island. Then they do the turns in the bay. It was so much fun! You are strapped in really tight and didn't get jerked around. I think that you will love it and the island is the BEST!! Be sure to try the homemade guacamole and chips. We are going there again in April.

We boked passion island today through this is cozumel. We have two older ladies joining us and did not want to take chance on getting injured. We will take a taxi then a short boat ride. No twister ride for us. :eek: It is $45 per person this way plus cost of taxi.
