I am trying to decide between the free bus or the hop on and off bus. With the free bus can you get off and on? I looked at the web site for the double decker bus they must only let you book thru the cruise line.

I'm not aware of a free bus in Saint John. Do you mean the FRED (Free Rides Everywhere Downtown) in Halifax?
