Limo help from FLL to Miami...

No late fee- they were really nice. I called and they just said "let us know when you're ready." The driver was waiting just outside the port. He was standing right in front of the terminal with a sign with our name when we walked out. From what I can understand, they can no longer wait inside the gates.

We had the opposite experience to CruisinBabe. Navigator was due in at 8:00am. In fact, we stepped off the ship at 7:14am. (I looked at my watch.) We had booked Tri-County for Miami port to FLL airport and were able to get hold of our driver, cell-phone-to-cell-phone, who at that point was in Fort Lauderdale. She managed to arrive half an hour before the booked time but even so, we had quite a wait. Can't complain.

I can understand what chauffeurboy is saying. Our driver was scheduled for three trips that morning and none of them was taking place as planned. After us, she had to go back to Miami and pick up passengers from Norwegian. In the car on the way to FLL, the phone rang. They were real early too. So our driver would be through by late morning, instead of early afternoon.

If any of those had been late, it throws everything off kilter. Doesn't matter whose fault it is.

I mean that they can not wait in the terminal area for a long period of time. He waited outside the port until he got the call we were ready- he then drove into the terminal area to park and pick us up. Sorry that this may have been a little misleading.
