How to reach Super Paradise Beach Mykonos

Hi,

 

I read several threads about the Mykonos beaches and we want to go to Super Paradise Beach on Sunday August 22. We would like to arrive around 1pm and probably leave around 6pm. This is a tender port for us and will arrive 9am.

 

We know that there is a party during that time (part of the XLsior festival week and the reason we want to go to this beach).

 

I'm just not sure how we can reach the beach, it is difficult to find a definitive answer :rolleyes:. Below are the options I found.

 

1) take the bus to Paradise beach and walk to Super Paradise Beach

2) take the bus to Plati Gialos and from there a boat to Super Paradise Beach

3) take a taxi

4) rent a car

 

We would rather not rent a car or a moped, so now I have the following questions:

1) what is the best way to go to the beach besides renting

2) how often goes the bus to Paradise Beach and to Plati Gialos (and back)

3) how often goes the boat service from Plati Gialos (and back)

4) is it difficult to find a taxi in Mykonos Town and in Super Paradise Beach

 

One option we are considering is taking a cab to the beach and boat/bus back (we don't have to worry about getting back on time as we don't leave till 5am :D)

Thanks Tom for the link a lot of usefull information. But for me still not really clear if you will be able to walk from Paradise Beach bus stop to Super Paradise Beach.
