We will be on the Disney Wonder Spetember 9th with our grandson (he will be 2), his first cruise and our first Disney cruise. We are considering staying on board when we dock in Nassau. Are there a lot of people who stay on board??? Thanks in advance for your help

The last Wonder cruise I took, I stayed on the ship at Nassau and I'd say about 10% of the guests stayed on the ship, there are lots of people who got off for an hour or two, then got back on the ship by lunch and stayed on.

We were on the Wonder in January and two of my three kids wanted to stay on the ship. I was off the ship under two hours with my youngest (he wanted a pirate ship he had seen last time we were in Nassau) and believe me, there were still a lot of people on board.

You won't lack for company if you skip Nassau and stay on the Wonder and your grandson is going to really enjoy himself.

I'll be on the same cruise as you. I want to stay on the ship because they have so many activities for DS8. DH wants to get off the ship. We've been to Nassau a couple of time so I don't have a real interest in it. I think we are going to compromise and get off the ship for about 2 hours to go to the pirate museum.
