oldIrish Posted July 29, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2010 Any problem with early morning noise from the Windjammer, which is directly above the suites? DW is a light sleeper.

elhenry Posted July 30, 2010 #3 Share Posted July 30, 2010 We reserved a GS for April; I have read on other threads that you can hear the chairs being moved, particularly between 6 and 7 a.m. But if I can swing it, I love the GS, so I will just learn to deal... el henry
rclibertygirl5 Posted July 30, 2010 #4 Share Posted July 30, 2010 We just got off the Grandeur and we were in GS, 8516, and it was very noisy. You could hear chairs being dragged around and people walking. The room was beautiful and we had a wonderful time but we definitely had an issue with noise. Let me know if you have any more questions.
SamFritz Posted July 30, 2010 #5 Share Posted July 30, 2010 We were in the OS just behind the bridge just one year ago today! Didn't notice any noise, but we were pretty happy campers with that upgrade. I don't think we would have cared if we had noticed. :)
DPurcell58 Posted July 30, 2010 #6 Share Posted July 30, 2010 Someone is posting live from the Enchanment this week and I believe they're in a GS.
elhenry Posted August 1, 2010 #7 Share Posted August 1, 2010 we were in 8516 on the Grandeur last year, and we were more annoyed by the pool noise than the chairs (although the chairs were a factor). Not enough to deter us from going for one on the EOS. And our suite attendant, Anthony, was simply *wonderful*. Is he still on the GOS? He more than made up for the noise! el henry
