Taxi Tours?

For those who have been, are there reliable taxis that would be able to do a quick tour to certain areas for reasonable costs? Generally what we are looking to do is catch a taxi to some places like the liquor factory, ostrich farm, aloe farm etc and do their tours. Have the taxi wait to take us back and then do our own walking tour of the town and it's sites. Does this seem doable?

Has anyone hired a taxi here for similar touring? What are the rates?

Taxi cost are aprox. $40/50 p.h. for the first 4 persons and $10 add. for extra persons till 8 max. per cap. But negotiable for party's of 6+.

You can get Tours at the pier for aprox $20/25 p.p. for 2 hours. 6 to 8 minimum in a cap.
