Best time to arrive in Baltimore for cruise

Recommended Posts

Usually you can board Between 11 and 11:30. I've sailed from there several times and usually arrive around 10:30. The later it gets the more crowded it is and the longer it takes to check in. I like getting there early, checking in and just sitting around waiting to board.

What is the best time to arrive at the port prior to the cruise? I want to make this as painless as possible because we are traveling with a child.

 Despite what RCCL may tell you, you should be there somewhere between 11:00 and 11:30 at the latest. Your cruise starts the minute that you get on that ship. If room is not ready, there is lunch in windjammer and the pool for the kids.:cool:Pack bathing suits in carryon. You should be on that ship NLT noon. Getting there at 2:00 is not good. if you don't drive to the port, use your own air to arrive early. RCCL air sometimes get you there late. Later is longer waiting times and less time on board:cool:
