Navigator OF THE SEAS

I am booked on Navigator of the Seas sailing Aug 29th. ********** shows only 6% booked. Any idea why booking is so low?

Question for you, my wife and I have cruised quite a bit, but I have never come accross anything that shows what percentage the ship is sold. Just curious how and where you find that.

I'd suggest that any site that says a ship is only 6% sold over a British bank holiday weekend that is the last week of the school holidays in the Med in the summer is wrong!:rolleyes:

after I checked it I went to one of my internet sites where you can actually look at room numbers. That is so you can pick your room if you book with them....anyway...you are right. Every catagory is available in large numbers.

Might be a good time to try & negotiate an upgrade. There are LOTS of junior suites & grand suites left. Interesting, even the family suites are left.

 

My cruise on the Mariner also leaves on the 29th of this month. Your site shows sold out. I went to my site & sure enough, it agreed it was sold out ! That tells me your site does indeed have accuracy.

 

All I can really say is that you are sure to have excellent service ! Perhaps there was a large group/convention that cancelled out. Otherwise it make no sense this close to sailing for that many rooms to be left !

Not sure what site you are using, but I know at least one site that shows percentage availability and that means that 94% of the categories have a cabin available--not that only 6% of the ship is filled.

I received an email from RCI yesterday advertising late deals and this was one of the cruises being offered. I imagine they may have had a large group/company booking that chnaged their minds at final payment.
