Laptops

we usually start the week by putting everything either in a drawer or the safe or a shelf, just out of site...but by day three, we get real comfortable and leave stuff wherever we finish with it. Never a problem! the only thing we have lost was at a table at a hotel pool!

we took the laptop once, with this elaborate plan to download pictures daily and label them as we went so that we would remember the names of places.....well, now we just take extra memory cards for each couple of days. All we have ever lost was the memory card in the camera at the table at the hotel pool!

DIL did lose a memory card one time that she was sure was in a suitcase that was opened by security leaving Honduras. So be careful that you store them so they don't fall out of something.

Cell phones we stick in the safe when we get onboard, just because that leaves them out of the way and we don't have to look for them (and car keys and the piece of paper that i wrote down our parking space number on) when we are ready to leave. Putting them away means we are officially on vacation and work is far away!

Have a safe trip!
