sss10 Posted August 10, 2010 #1 Share Posted August 10, 2010 We just got our cabin assignment on the Volendam....is a B better than a BB (which we booked)? Are the elevators noisy since our room is right across from the elevators? I read on here that someone called /chatted with HAL to find out when the cabin would be assigned and it was that day. I did the same thing, chatted and then a few hours later, got my assignment. :)

In the opinion of the cruise line, the location of a B is more desirable than a BB. You may, or may not agree.'
cruisinjudy Posted August 10, 2010 #3 Share Posted August 10, 2010 If you want to be closer to the center then a B is better than a BB. That is about it I believe. As for the As, they are higher up but I don't consider that an advantage.
