Best Western Caribbean excursions?

Anyone have some great suggestions for some Western Caribbean excursions? We're hitting Labadee, Cozumel, Ocho Rios, and Grand Caymans.

 

I'd like to look into some of the more personalized excursions, instead of the ton that are offered through the ship...
