Princess - ordering food for gathering

Does anyone know the process of ordering food for a gathering on Princess? Some finger food on trays and a few little appetizers.

I don't know what the current prices would be, but I did this for my daughter's wedding in 2008. I reserved part of Skywalker's with open bar, and ordered a few trays of appetizers. Contact Princess and ask for the group event coordinator for your ship, or post here on the Princess board and ask if anyone has the current list of event coordinators.

thank you! Ive read that as soon as you mention wedding they direct you to TWE... how did you get around this?? Just say its a group gathering?

We had less people than TWE would book dinner for. We had 8 total. When I talked to the Princess coordinator and told her that, she booked everything I wanted in addition to the dinner. But, you could do as you say and not tell them it's for a wedding.
