We are contemplating, bring the kid cot and the pNp?

We have an upper berth, there is room for 4 in the room. We plan on bringing the safety guards for the bed.

Is there room for a kid cot and an pNp?

I am assuming you will have the lower beds set up as a king? If so, you would be cramped to do both. It might work if you were only going to have them both set up at night during sleep time....and I know it's not romantic, but if you set up the lower beds as two twins you would have more space as well.
