PMGNJ04 Posted August 14, 2010 #1 Share Posted August 14, 2010 We are leaving next week and were wondering if anyone brought soda onboard. If so, did you have any problems bringing it on? Thanks for any input!!!;)
NavarreCruiser Posted August 14, 2010 #2 Share Posted August 14, 2010 We just got back this past Sunday. We didn't carry on any soda at embarkation. But we bought some at the ports and had no problem bringing them back on the ship. Lynda
famcruiser Posted August 14, 2010 #3 Share Posted August 14, 2010 We were on Freedom at the end of June. My husband packed about 8 sodas and a few water bottles in our dive bag and it arrived outside our cabin with the rest of our luggage. No problems. sns101098 Posted August 16, 2010 #4 Share Posted August 16, 2010 Just off Freedom yesterday. My husband carried his soda onboard with him. He put a 6pack in his carry on back pack. No questions asked.
ucfknight07 Posted August 16, 2010 #5 Share Posted August 16, 2010 We were on the August 1st sailing. I took a 12 pack of Coke Zero and just slapped a luggage tag on the outside of the carton. It made it to the room, no problem!
ruascott Posted August 16, 2010 #6 Share Posted August 16, 2010 We were on FOS about 3 weeks ago. I put a case of bottled water and a 12-pack of Diet Pepsi in a large duffle, put a tag on it, and it was delivered to the room no problem. I then emptied out the mini-fridge and filled it with our stuff. Our state room attendent had the people in charge of the mini-fridges collect the stuff from our room by the 2nd day. arc918 Posted August 16, 2010 #8 Share Posted August 16, 2010 We sailed on Freedom two weeks ago. I brought a case of water (slapped a luggage tag on it) and some soda (20 oz plastic bottles). I had the bottles loose (just in their plastic six pack holders) and the porter told me stick them in my luggage. Everything arrived no problem.
