Be nice pays well. d) Bring a plastic container (fill it with other items) and if you must take a snack from the buffet - do it (instead of paying for a meal) on shore. However they did not search bags on the way off. Here's my tip: There's a bar in Cozumel in the little outdoor market that will sell you 2 beers and a shot of tequila for $4!! grumpah1 Posted August 19, 2010 #7 Share Posted August 19, 2010 You can filll them with ice, tea or juice and have them with you anywhere on the ship. They don't like you filling them directly from the dispenser, but you can fill glasses first and then pour them in the bottle. Another tip: Soda in the ports is cheaper than onboard (even with the "soda club") and you're allowed to bring soda (but not liquor) on board. We bought several bottles of Coke on Roatan and Cozumel and kept them chilled in the minifridge. We also filled our water bottles with this soda with ice from our cabin.
