Do the specialty restaurants (Murano, Tuscan, Silk) have the same menus every night, or do they change nightly like the MDR and Blu menus?

The menu in Blu does change nightly, though, right? I see they have a menu posted on the site, but just a single one. I think I've seen people post links to menus on here that show different menus each night for Blu.
