Inside Stateroom- Max Capacity?

Does anyone know why when you attempt to book an inside room on NCL that it still shows the Maximum Capacity of the room at 2 people?

 

I have heard that people have booked more than 2 people in an Inside Room and it even lists the pricing for the 3rd and 4th person on the site.

 

Does anyone know for sure? Can you definitely book more than 2 people in an Inside Cabin?

Some inside cabins will hold 4 people. Most will not.

yes, there is a + on the room in the deck plans that I've seen. Same applies to balcony staterooms too
