You would want to purchase a Why Not Decide Later booking. These can only be purchased on a cruise. These are good indefinitely, have the $100pp reduced deposit and when you change it into an active booking with a specific sailing date and itinerary you will get the same benefits as if you were booking a specific cruise on board.
