Questions for those who have done a Scandin/Russia Celebrity Constellation Cruise...

We will be on a Baltic cruise departing July 02, 2005

Itinerary will be:

Day 1-Dover

Day 2-At Sea

Day 3-Oslo

Day 4-At Sea

Day 5-Stockholm

Day 6-Helsinki

Day 7 and 8-St Petersburg

Day 9-Tallinn

Day 10-At Sea

Day 11-Warnemunde

Day 12 and 13-Copenhagen

Day 14-At Sea

Day 15-Back to Dover

 

Questions:

1) For those of you with the same itinerary, which nights were formal nights?

2) Did Celebrity offer a transfer from ship to Gatwick airport for day 15?

3) If you had a good tour of Berlin with a private company, could you share the contact info of that tour company?

4) Anybody did "Berlin on your own" using Celebrity transportation to get to Berlin? Did Celebrity get you to Berlin using train transportation just like the other Berlin Celebrity tours?

(We are thinking of using Celebrity train transportation to get to and back from Berlin so that the ship will not leave us behind in case there is a delay... At the same time, we could hire a private company that is based in Berlin for 4-5 hours or so and customize our tour to include the Sans Souci palace 20 miles South of Berlin...)

 

5) Were there people sitting by the pool on Sea days on your Baltic cruise? Was it too cold/windy?

6) Any other thoughts you would like to share about clothing in the Baltic... or anything else? What did you like or dislike about your cruise?
