Sea Princess Disembarkation in Barbados

For those who have disembarked the Sea Princess in Barbados, what time did disembarkation begin? Upon disembarkation, do US Citizens have to go through customs or immigration? We are doing the cruise from Ft. Lauderdale that ends in Barbados and just wondered if since we will be disembarking the ship in a foreign port if there are any additional steps to the disembarkation? We want to book a private tour prior to going to the airport and are just trying to determine what time we can expect to be off by in order to arrange the tour.

We did RT Barbados last March. I remembered that ship arrived early around 7AM and yes Customs line was long but went fast. We weren't in hurry so we went to eat breakfast after Customs. The day before you disembark they will ask you to fill out a form, if you say that you have early flight, you think can disembark earlier. It might also be faster if you take you own luggages rather than having the cruise line take it the night before cause you don't have control of when your luggages will be off the ship.
