Kiosks in Rio Grande???

Several have mentioned eateries called kiosks near the Wyndham. Are these stalls? Are they located near each other? Take out or sit down?

They are located past the Wyndham on Rd 3 on the left had side as you drive East.

 

It is the line of buildings you see on this google map http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Puerto+Rico&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=29.772081,77.607422&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Puerto+Rico&ll=18.380786,-65.733937&spn=0.004347,0.009474&t=k&z=17 You need to exit Rd 3 (signs for Luquillo beach) and then go under Rd 3 and double back on the side rd to enter the line of Kiosks

 

The kiosks are small concrete structures - most have sitting and the various kiosks serve all types of food - some will serve local PR foods, snacks, others serve seafood, cerviche, burgers etc..
